There are elders who are willing to help you.  You need only ask.  One way is to offer tobacco.  Tobacco, in natural form or in a tobacco tie, is one of the four sacred medicines and is the proper way to request help or ask a question of an elder.  The elder or knowledge keeper is able to help you.  Guidance and teachings are paramount to healing, the offering of tobacco, even during prayer or meditation, will help you to ground yourself.

Smudging is another way, the sweet aroma, the motion of cleansing your spirit, your mind and your body and the words you think or say to Creator are all helpful in calming, soothing and grounding yourself.

You just need to ask.  That is the first step.
