2018 Remembrance Day Ceremony

 Harriston, Ont.

For every year I can remember, I have attended the Remembrance Day Ceremony, in whichever city or town across Canada that I was living in at that moment in time.  Today being no different, I found myself attending the service in Harriston, Ont., with my trusty camera in tow.

As I reflected during the 2-minute moment of silence and again as the bells tolled 100 times, to mark the 100th year since WWI ended, my thoughts went out to all of those soldiers, doctors, nurses and the innocents, who lost their lives or sometimes worse, their minds.
